Congratulations on winning the well deserved and prestigious award. I’ve worked with many leaders over my career and a few things really stand out about you:
1) You take full responsibility for mistakes in your organization, hold yourself and others accountable, and you ensure sustainable improvement.
2) Some leaders pass through a role to simply “check the box”, but not you. As a leader, in all cases you seek to improve the organization, and you tackle the toughest problems.
3) You are approachable and everyone feel comfortable during all engagements.
